We currently plan to ship within the United States. Available delivery destinations will be confirmed during checkout.

Our estimated order processing time is 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping charges apply to every order. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We do not offer free shipping.

All sales of The Real Drip Hair Care Collection are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

To request a replacement, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected item. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for receiving a replacement.

We offer replacements rather than refunds for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law.
